Lucas brings more than 15 years of lived hospitality experience across Paris, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Miami and San Diego—from Michelin-starred rooms and luxury hotels to high-volume restaurants and independent businesses.

His background includes Le Meurice, Dorchester Collection, Wolfgang Puck, Marina Bay Sands and Black Sheep Restaurants. Across service, operations, leadership and team development, he has learned to connect demanding standards with genuine care for the people delivering them.
